In 2019, our founder witnessed her neighbor lose their home after missing a crucial deadline for disability support. The application was sitting incomplete because one checkbox wasn't clear.
That moment sparked a question: how many others were falling through similar cracks?
We discovered the answer was thousands. Capable people overwhelmed by bureaucracy. Families entitled to help but unable to navigate the process.
ion-bridge was built to be that bridge — between people who need support and the systems designed to provide it.
